Love! I found them online and worked with Cat. She was very communicative and easy to work with. Prices are great and they help with both home gyms and commercial equipment. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for new good quality fitness equipment!

Thanks so much for the review! Cat is fantastic, and we’re so glad she could help you find the perfect setup. We really appreciate your recommendation, enjoy the new gear!
Jeremy is very knowledgeable of all brands of exercise equipment and he easily sold me in the new 2027 step thru black recumbent stepper with the strength package and white glove delivery for a price cheaper than my local NuStep dealer could offer, in fact Jeremy also could offer me good used, refurbished Z NuStep T4R and T5 models which my NuStep guy could not get me, I am so glad I made the call to Jeremy when I was ready to continue my at home Restorative Therapy! Thank you Perry Althoff an extremely satisfied customer

i spent $37,000.00 on their best made in china products. They are fast to take your money - slow to address any issue and charge you to honor their warranty. I highly recommend them if you want the same experience.
Picked up 3 kettlebell, great communication and super responsive on messenger from Troy. I definitely will be buying more stuff as I build my collection!

Appreciate the review! It was a pleasure chatting on Messenger. Good luck with the training, and let us know whenever you’re ready to add to your gym!
We started purchasing equipment from Muscle D Fitness back in 2018 and initially had a good experience. Over the years, we’ve spent well over $100,000 with them between multiple purchases while building and rebuilding our gym.
Our first large purchase was around $50,000–$60,000. At the time, we were still learning what equipment worked best for our facility, but overall the equipment served its purpose and our experience was positive.
After COVID, we lost our original gym and rebuilt in 2021. We went back to Muscle D and purchased roughly another $40,000 in equipment. When we picked up the order, some fixed barbells were missing, but we weren’t charged for them, so we let it go.
Unfortunately, our experiences after that became progressively worse.
We purchased several pieces from their Elite line, including a shoulder press and seated leg extension/hamstring curl. We later spent approximately another $8,000 on an inner/outer thigh machine and an assisted pull-up/dip machine.
Those last two pieces were where the problems really started.
When they arrived, we found rust on bolts, alignment issues, and overall condition that did not meet our expectations for new commercial equipment. The assisted pull-up/dip machine had an issue with the rods/bearings that caused it to grind during use. We sent Muscle D pictures and explained what was happening, but we were essentially told that was how the machine was supposed to operate and there was nothing they could do. The problem eventually became severe enough that the machine no longer travels properly, and we stopped using it.
The inner/outer thigh machine also arrived noticeably misaligned, with the seat sitting off to one side, and the resistance did not feel right. Muscle D took the machine back, worked on it, and returned it to us, but we still experienced problems afterward. When we asked about upgrading or exchanging it, the proposed restocking cost made that option unreasonable for us.
The final straw was our seated leg extension/hamstring curl. A relatively small adjustment pin/component broke. We contacted Muscle D trying to obtain a replacement part and were told they could not provide it. We were extremely frustrated that such a small component could make a commercial machine costing thousands of dollars difficult to use properly. We ultimately gave the machine away for use in a home gym.
We understand that equipment can break and manufacturing issues happen. What changed our opinion of Muscle D wasn’t simply that we had problems—it was how difficult it became to get meaningful support when those problems occurred.
After spending well over $100,000 with a company over multiple years, we expected better product support, access to replacement parts, and a greater effort to resolve legitimate equipment issues. Our relationship deteriorated to the point that we were eventually blocked by their Instagram account after disputes over these issues.
Our early experiences with Muscle D were good, which is why we continued buying from them for years. Unfortunately, based on our later experiences with equipment quality and especially after-sale support, we no longer purchase equipment from Muscle D. That’s why we moved to Arsenal Strength, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences and unbelievable equipment.
For anyone buying commercial gym equipment, our recommendation is to pay close attention not only to how a machine feels when it is new, but also to the manufacturer’s warranty, replacement-parts availability, and what kind of support you can expect several years down the road. For us, that ended up mattering far more than we realized when we made our original purchases.
