I had a disappointing experience with Music City Outdoor Lighting. Communication was poor, and it was difficult to get updates on my service request. Calls and messages were not returned in a timely manner, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues I raised, which left me frustrated. Overall, the customer service did not meet my expectations

Eric and all the guys at Music City Outdoor Lighting did a tremendous job of my outdoor lighting project. Experienced and knowledgeable team, CAD based planning and presentation tools and a collaborative approach ensured that the delivered project was exactly what we wanted, and all executed in a timely fashion.
