2nd time selling instruments to Music Go Round, feel like I’m getting fair prices and transactions are very easy

It was really easy to sell a keyboard I was no longer using to Music Go Round. After looking it over and making sure it was in good working order, they offered me a fair price and cut me a check right then in there. I have previously tried to sell stuff online and didn't want to repeat that experience. This was much better !

Love this place. I've bought, sold and had repairs done here multiple times over the years and never had anything but a great experience. The used gear prices are fair, trade in prices are fair and the repair department does top notch work in a reasonable time frame. I would 100% recommend this shop for anything music gear related

Excellant service for bass repair! Jacob was amazing. He explained what was wrong with the instrument, fixed the problem on a Friday afternoon for a weekend show, upgraded the hardward that was broken, and even gave it a free tune-up and fixed some kind of issue with the fret that was from the manufacturer. $25, I am not joking. It was worth 4 times that in what we receved back in value. Because the bass was from England, we could not send it back for the fret repair, and we just figured that was the way it was supposed to be, nope, so Jacob explained everything and fixed it, free of charge. Cannot say enough good things about our experience! And a side note, we were referred to Music Go Round from another music repair shop. They didnt have the tools they needed to do the repair and said they trusted the technicians here to work on their own instruments, that is saying a lot, that this business is recommended by their competitors. Jacob even gave my teenager a little pep talk. Amazing service!
