Months later, my carpet still smells like baby powder which makes my entire basement smell like baby powder and, not in a good way. Management will not call me back!! When I call the main line, I am always directed to leave a voice message.
My carpet was brand new in October 2025. The powder smell is so bad that I am concerned I will have to replace my carpet.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. It is our goal to provide quality services and solutions to have happy returning customers. Our records show that a service was provided on April 21 to address cat urine. The industial bio-enzymatic cultures, oxidiers and mild acids used are combined with an essential oils to replace the odors of urea and uric acid crystals from cat urine during the chemical breakdown process. We did return on April 24 to do a basic hot steam extraction to remove any residual. We did not hear back from you until September. After contacting the supplier there are concerns of unknown products that may have been used prior, or after our service was provided, that maybe creating an extended chemical reaction since ours are enzyme and essential based.

Highly recommend Musser’s. They have cleaned our carpet several times and each time it looks and smells amazing. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. We plan to have them clean and seal our grout next visit. Also, the carpet cleaning solution they sell is the best I have ever used. It gets out hard stains and smells! Great price and great service. This place is unbeatable.

I had a specific type of spill on new carpet that was less than 6 weeks old (disintegrated charcoal filter) I have used their service in the past and had confidence they could resolve my issue. They came and professionally lifted the particles out of my carpet and I’m thrilled. I was treated with the utmost respect and all of my fears (bc ChatGPT really laid it out as a disaster difficult to correct) were addressed. I appreciate this company so much for delivering what they said they’d do. Highly recommended.
