I had a great overall experience with My Amazing Maid. Lena and Dee completed my initial deep cleaning, and I was very happy with their work and how much better my home looked and felt afterward. I also really appreciated Roel’s communication and customer service throughout the entire process. He was very responsive with scheduling my initial cleaning and continued that same level of communication afterward. There was one area I noticed after the cleaning that I wasn’t completely satisfied with, so I reached out to him. He took the time to explain the company’s policy regarding moving furniture, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand, while still taking my concern seriously. He apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to have someone return to address the area. Nadia and Layla came out today for the follow-up and took care of the area for me, and I was very happy with their work as well. I really appreciated that the company followed through and made sure I was satisfied. To me, good customer service isn’t about expecting everything to be absolutely perfect; it’s about how a company responds when something does come up. Roel handled my concern professionally and respectfully, and both teams did a great job in my home. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend My Amazing Maid.

I wanted to give myself a break from cleaning and treat myself to my first experience with a professional cleaning service, so I booked a deep clean with My Amazing Maid. Nadia and Sylvia were wonderful! Nadia took the time to walk me through everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel really pampered. I had already put my dog away in the office where I would be working when they arrived, since I know large dog breeds can be intimidating. But when Nadia found out I’d be working in the office with my dog, she asked if she could meet him, which I thought was really sweet and honestly put me at ease about future appointments. They were very timely, thorough, and professional! I’m very happy with the results and I’d absolutely recommend this service to family and friends. I’m already looking forward to booking with these ladies again!

We contracted them for a move out cleaning of our apartment. They showed up and then sent an email stating they’re leaving because they found spiders and roaches. The photos they sent were of 2 grand daddy long leg spiders and the “roaches” was cardboard remnants from cat scratching boards and melted bar soap on the tub, They didn’t clean nor did they give a refund. Beware of these scammers.
