Last minute decision for appointment- worth it. Got me in, offered relief and sent in prescription in time to pick up this evening. Staff friendly and professional

The appointment times are kept at a reasonable time limit. Everyone is polite and reasonably accommodating. The whole office and bathroom is kept clean.

Excellent care and wonderful people who listen to you!! Amanda is very nice and the rest of the staff too!!

Excellent as usual. All the staff is Friendly and helpful when I need a document filled out. I wouldn’t think of changing. Got my flu shot And it didn’t hurt like my previous Provider did. On a scale of I to 10 I would give them 100+

Not one to post reviews generally speaking but had just about the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been coming to my Dr. Now for a couple of years now and I’m unsure why I had this experience. My appointment was at 6:00pm and I hadn’t got seen until after about 20 minutes when I mentioned about how much longer it was going to take to get seen. The young lady that calls me into the back to check my BP and temp is immediately coming off as rude and dismissive. There was zero emotion and lack of empathy when asking me why I was there. Felt very demanding and I honestly felt like I just ruined her night for needing to get seen for a sinus infection that I have been dealing with for a couple of weeks. I have never felt this unwelcome in this establishment. I understand she may have had a long day but the lack of customer service is blowing my mind given that I did not show an ounce of disrespect. I will attempt to go to another location to see if the service is any better.
