From the moment we walked in, the team was welcoming, organized, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you want when you’re preparing for your first baby. Blake and Jaiden came into our house and built all of our baby furniture incredibly quickly. But what impressed me most wasn’t just how fast they worked—it was how extremely professional they were the entire time. They were efficient, careful, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Most importantly, they exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work. The finished pieces look fantastic, feel solid, and gave us a lot of confidence knowing our baby furniture was built right. We also truly appreciated Nancy. She went out of her way to help my wife and me pick out the furniture we needed for our upcoming baby girl. She made the process feel easy, took the time to guide us through our options, and helped us make choices that were both practical and beautiful. It honestly made a stressful time feel a lot more manageable. Overall, the service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. John is an amazing salesperson. He was very informative and patient. He made the shopping experience for new couches so effortless and stress free and he was not pushy at all. When scheduling delivery about a month later, dealing with Sean over the phone was also a very pleasant experience. He was patient with the questions I had and accommodating. I highly recommend this being your go-to place for purchasing furniture.

I've bought from My Family Furniture multiple times. I have always received the best services and products! The furniture is priced reasonably and the people that work there are knowledgeable and friendly. My most recent visit was at the end of August. I was given great help and direction by Ken who showed me pieces that worked well for my husband and me. I looked at fabric samples and was able to take a few home. The next time I went, John helped me to pick out my fabric and to get a better idea of what I really wanted my room to look and feel like. We looked at lots of rug samples! When I was ready to pick a rug, John helped me to pick a rug that was just right for me. I'm looking forward to John's expert opinion when I'm ready to pick out wall decor for my room.

I highly recommend shopping here, go see John! He was extremely helpful in finding the perfect couches for us, he helped make sure we were happy and stayed within our budget. He even set us up with a loaner couch when one was back ordered, you just don’t get that type of service with the big box stores.

My Family Furniture is an excellent store to find just about any of your furniture needs. We bought a bedroom set, kitchen and dining table, rugs, a sectional, a desk and a few more items. John was especially helpful and even came to our house to give us interior design ideas. There was no pressure to buy anything, which I loved. This store is a gem and I will definitely be back for any other furniture I may need.
