We gave Craig our house wish list & he found us a lot that we purchased in Aug 21. Craig forwarded us pictures of the build process & stepped in on our behalf as 'boots on the ground' until closing in Apr 22.

It was an honor working with Craig, he is an amazing real estate agent with many years of experience. Upon listing my home we immediately had several showings and quite a few offers. Craig recently represented us in the sale of our home. However he was also the person who sold us the same home 8 years ago. So it was a no brainer when we wanted to list our home we went back to Craig. He walked me through everything from what I needed to do to get the house ready to be put on the market, listing it, which offers were in our best interest and everything else in between. I would receive a weekly calls even when there was no news just touching basis to make sure I knew things were still on track.
