Had a great time storing my stuff here for 1.5 years. The team (Victoria and Alex) are both fantastic. Highly recommend. Facilities are well kept and easy to move in and out. High security level as well.

It started out as a great storage space with great pricing, but they don't tell you that your storage unit price will increase randomly for the exact same space. It is so sad because Victoria at the front desk is so sweet and helpful, but their pricing is a lie and they don't inform you of the price increases at the time you move in. DO NOT COME HERE! Find another place. When I called to inquire why my price increased the lady I spoke to was very condescending and dismissive.

I stored a boat there for 5 years. Although storage itself is generic, a piece of concrete to put my boat on, the service you receive is not. The folks managing the place get an A+ for customer service. Responsive to emails. Courteous when they reach out for insurance update or an expiring credit card. Over the years I probably had 30 interactions and was never let down. And when it comes time to cancel, no questions asked. I have canceled a parking space and a storage unit. Both times they closed it immediately, and didn’t ask that I pay another month, or even another day. I don’t write many reviews. But their service compelled me to write this.

I was about to book their services until I realize on the checkout box that a protection plan is needed. This is the most absurd fee I have ever encounter. You would think that the pure nature of the storage business other that provide space to keep your items is to keep them safe.
They need to reconsider their business model. Not sure why people would fall for that... it almost sounds like you need insurance for your auto insurance. If you see the irony in that.

Our goal is to provide a secure and reliable storage solution for our customers, and the protection plan is an extra layer of security and peace of mind for your belongings that every storage facility requires (go check the other facilities). We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our services. There is always an option to provide your own coverage on your items either through your renters or homeowners insurance therefore not taking our policy.
So far so good. Victoria is very nice and helped arrange our move in. Rates are competitive with other local storage units. There is a small promotion of two months half price but after the move in fees it was basically only a month discount after that. Units are nice clean and secure

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The facility is always clean and clear. The staff is top notch. I have always gotten exceptional service anytime I need them. And they easily have the most competitive pricing against any other climate controlled facility. The management here knows the meaning of excellent customer care. Thank you!
