Our recommendation was based on experience. Your system had never had this issue as you stated. Over six valves were faulty in the lapse of one season. Debri and over calcium in the valve bodies would eventually cause continuous malfuntioning and/or leaking valves more often. Yes, we recommend cutting off the valves/ manifold. If you did Topped them off great but is not something we would do ourselves due to your water well clogging up your valves. We will happily take this One Star Review knowing what we recommended was the better option long term. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
