I very much enjoyed my time with James; he was so attentive to how he moved my limbs and what directions he'd give me. There was also a sense of conversational ease — we could talk about everything ranging from his background to his reflections about the massage therapy profession more generally, and it wouldn't interrupt his concentration at all. I really appreciated his humility, patience, and self-reflective attitude: it's pretty rare to find practitioners who are as down-to-earth and grounded in what is plausible in the massage therapy territory, in my experience. While I am of the opinion that active interventions like exercise regimens probably can accomplish more on average than passive interventions like manual therapies for a lot of things, it's not a bad idea to consider supplementing with a dose of massage therapy. For that, James is your guy!

I've been Myoworks a few times since my first review. Always a great experience! I highly recommend James.
2022:Had a session today, it was fantastic! James is professional and very knowledgeable. Booking was fast and easy. I added the aromatherapy to my massage and it was great, spa-like but not too strong or flowery. Also, I have quite a few allergies, including nuts and avocado, which I noted on my in-take forms. James made sure the lotion was free of those items and brought up the issue without me having to ask. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and his taking the issue seriously. Highly recommend!
