Matt in the drum department was incredibly generous with his time and expertise: answered all my questions and went out of his way to let me demo the drums I was considering.

Customers frequently praise the store for its knowledgeable staff, extensive inventory, and helpful service, noting that employees often assist with demos and repairs. Positive reviews highlight fair pricing and efficient shipping for online orders. However, lower-rated feedback points to issues with order accuracy, such as receiving incorrect items or undisclosed shipping fees, as well as dissatisfaction with specific instrument setups and trade-in valuations.

Came in for the first time today. I was greeted by several people within a minute. I was directed to Tony to help me find a PA speaker and a DI box. There's many reasons this place has outstanding reviews. My writing this review is because of Justin and our playful exchange. He was super helpful in letting me know specific distinctions in the pa speakers I was looking at. When I made a joke of him trying to upsell me, he doubled down on the jokes and it made me crack up. The point is that not only is this place organized and full of well educated staff, but the overall characters of the owner and staff really won me over. I hope they're around a long time because I plan on coming back for life!
