I was her client for about 6 years as a very small business. I was Over charged, and their service is terrible! She had finally talked me into her bookkeeping service- Promised to provide top of notch full service at $600 month (way over priced), but failed pay my state tax over 3 months. Confronted Elizabeth, she claimed she "thought' I wanted to do file my own state tax... (facepalm), yet they filed all of the previous taxes. I explained to her how top notch her service was when she had absolutely no clue that my state taxes weren't file and paid for those 3 month? Left her quick after I found a new bookkeeper that didn't cost me over $120 a month and did more than she could ever do. (it was my new bookkeeper who realized those months weren't paid after her first day on the job)
Anyway, I didn't want to leave her a bad remark, until I emailed her about month and half ago requested for my last tax return in electric file to be sent to me. She responded and said gladly.. Month gone by after 2 more follow-up emails.. No response. No file. This is a professional I paid top dollars to do ky taxes. I believe by law have the right to obtain my legal tax return.
We should all do our homework to compare prices and job satisfaction. This accounting firm is a fail. Learn from my money mistake.

We always appreciate feedback. The client initially came to us for tax preparation services. We were later hired to do his bookkeeping. Sales tax filing was not included because clients do it themselves after we provide training.
We offered extra services without charge: filing the monthly sales report for six months. Evidently, there was a lack of clear communication, for which we apologized and resolved. We also provided and implemented a tax reduction strategy and have saved him over $10,000, although he stated that we were overcharging him. We also demonstrated that each transaction was downloaded, recorded, and reconciled – not just a few journal entries in a month.
We did send his requested tax returns using a secured transmission. When it appeared he never downloaded them, we emailed him a reminder. We never received a response. It is the goal of Na & Associates, CPA LLC to go above and beyond with excellent service (and save our clients money). Since this review, we’ve updated our office procedures to ensure each client understands the value received and that all questions are quickly addressed to the client’s satisfaction.
