Nada has helped me so much achieving my weight loss goals. She has up to the minute great ideas and knowledge of foods currently on the market. I was not aware that we need 100 grams of protein per day until Nada brought this to my attention. She has recommended relatively new products that are high in protein that she uses herself. I cannot ask for anything more from a Dietician who tests and reports on products herself.
