Absolutely love Nailtiful\! Such a beautiful salon with a welcoming atmosphere and incredible attention to detail\. extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. My nails were cleaned so aggressively that several of them were bleeding, and I’m still in pain. I even had to come home and clean them again myself.<br>The salon offered to have me come back so they could clean/fix them again, but after being left bleeding and in pain, I do not feel comfortable going back. This was a very painful and upsetting experience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received.
I made an appointment on the phone, showed up on time and waited 30 mins…and had to leave. I left once it hit half an hour and 2 others were seated and worked on before me. I’m very disappointed.
My girlfriend dragged me here because she wanted her gel nails taken off. While I was sitting with her (never been in a nail salon before), I asked to get some cuticle oil and a buff. My fingers get really dry from my work, and it was annoying me. I feel much better now with the tips of my fingers being moisturized!
