I am writing to share my experience with a recent nanny agency NANNESSE in NJ as a reference for parents and fellow immigrants seeking work.<br><br>I have over 15 years of experience working with children. Recently, I contacted the agency's founder, Megan Wolf, and provided all requested references and documentation. Although I am fully authorized to work in the United States and maintained a professional tone throughout, Megan discriminated against me based on my accent and has since ignored my emails and phone calls.<br><br>Parents should be cautious when choosing an agency to care for their children. An agency that discriminates based on background or nationality may not be a trustworthy choice for your family.

Exceptional experience working with Megan and Nannease. The level of professionalism, intelligence/knowledge, and commitment were amazing. Megan was available at all times and went above and beyond to help us at each step of the process - we were so fortunate to have found her.

Looking for the right caregiver for your children can be stressful but from the time I connected with Megan I could tell she really understood what we needed. She was really thorough in her screenings, only sending through candidates that really met our needs and was available constantly throughout the process, even at weekends. Throughout it all Megan was most concerned about finding us the right candidate (not just any candidate). I couldn't recommend Megan and Nannease enough!

Megan is someone I can vouch for, having initially met her decades ago. We had an extremely positive experience with our nanny placement. Megan took the time to listen to our specifications, how we'd worked with childcare professionals in the past, and screened and shared 10-15 candidates for our review, never pressuring us to move faster than we were ready to. We quickly found a candidate who checked all of our boxes and interviewed well. We brought that nanny on for a trial day at Megan's behest, and moved forward. We recommend Megan and Nannease and while we hope to not need her again, it is comforting knowing that Megan is someone we have access to in the future.
