I"ve been working with Steve and Sean for over 23 years and the service they provide are consistently 'over the top'. We live in a remote area, yet Steve will come out rain or shine so that we two elderly folks can continue to use our hot tub. And... their pricing is from the old school; they are not taking advantage of their excellent reputation. Good on you....

Wow! Amazing service from start to finish. Sean was so patient with us when we initially started shopping for a new hot tub. After it arrived, Early!! I might add they came and installed it quickly. Took our old hot tub, were careful around the landscape so nothing was harmed. They even went over all of the chemicals with us which was great. I normally do not shop Napa because it's almost always a better price out of town but not this time. They gave us a fair price and the service has been amazing. Highly recommend Napa Valley hot tub. Give them a try, you will be happy you did. Thank you!

Sean was extremely helpful throughout the process and made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. This business has been around longer than I’ve been alive so that gave me confidence in making them my first stop on shopping for a hot tub and from the very start, I felt like I was at the right place. Sean worked with me through every step, ensuring everything was in place for a smooth delivery and setup. When Sean and his team delivered my hot tub, they didn’t leave until the hot tub was in the perfect spot, filled, every function tested and gave me a maintenance lesson as they added the chemicals, stepping me through the cheat sheet they made me to help me carry on by myself. He also made sure I had everything I needed and let me know that they will always be around for any assistance in the future. I would highly recommend Napa Valley Hot Tubs. Wonderful experience with Napa Valley Hot Tubs! I went in not really knowing what to expect, but was greeted immediately by Sean, who walked me through each type/size of hot tub. Sean was super helpful, available and made the entire buying and installation process very easy. I cannot say how much I LOVE our new hot tub! We will be back to buy a BBQ, I would not go anywhere else!

I’m really pleased with Napa valley hot tubs. I’ve had hot tubs from Costco, cal spa, jacuzzi. I’ve purchased my latest spa from Napa valley hot tubs and artisan elite. Recently the control panel stopped working, I went over to Napa valley hot tubs and spoke with Sean (who installed the hot tub approximately 4 years ago) and told him the problem and how often I use the hot tub (every day). That was on a Monday, and by Wednesday the hot tub had a replacement loaner panel installed and was back operating. The next hot tub I purchase will definitely be from Napa valley hot tubs because of how courteous and professional and how they remedied the problem within 2 days. The service they provide is amazing. And it’s nice to deal with someone who is local where you can physically walk in and talk to someone and get a rapid response. Thank you napa valley hot tubs. I will be a repeat customer.

We have been customers of Napa Valley Hot Tubs since we bought our first hot tub from the Big Al in 1999! We have been getting excellent service from Al’s service guy, Steve, ever since! Recently, we finally decide to upgrade our hot tub, so we went to their store on Jefferson St. in Napa. Sean and Miguel were happy to show us all the newest hot tubs and explain the features of each one. We choose one that fit all our needs and Sean was very accommodating to help us purchase it and get on their delivery schedule for the next day! Fernando and Brandon came the next day, installed our new hot tub and hauled away the old one. Sean then came over and thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles on our new hot tub. Miguel even texted us after installation to see if he needed to come out and answer any other questions. Fantastic service from start to finish and our new hot tub is perfect! It is looks beautiful in our yard and is wonderful to relax in or get an invigorating massage from the powerful jets. No need to look anywhere else for your hot tubs, accessories or service, I would highly recommend Napa Valley Hot Tubs!

A long overdue shining review for Sean and Napa Valley Hot Tubs. As a first time buyer, I found Sean to be informative and beyond helpful. He introduced me to an electrician and a mason to help install the needed infrastructure for my hot tub and was responsive to all my questions following the installation. I highly recommend this establishment.
