We purchased a hot tub from Sonoma hot tubs a few years ago And each time we Have the need of some guidance the service has been superb, absolutely excellent. The latest occurred After I use the wrong procedure to change the water in the hot tub and got a narrow lock. It was on a Friday and the technician was away, so instead of the receptionist, Catherine, and the owner of the company, Tom, patiently come over several phone calls, direct me through a number of steps to solve the problem. Such a contrast to the lack of service typical of so many companies these days. If I could give Sonoma hot tubs a grade, it would be A plus.
Love love love my relaxing new hot tub! I’ve been enjoying my new spa for the last couple of months and appreciate all its convenient features. I also really enjoyed the great buying experience with Thomas at Sonoma hot tubs. He answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me at all to buy. Very nice buying experience. Highly recommend.
My wife and I bought a spa from Sonoma Hot Tubs and Pool supplies Napa around the new year. Our experience with Bree made it easy: No pressure, she was informative, didn't try to upsell, and made the process easy and smooth. We have now had several months of bliss in our spa without a single glitch. I highly recommend!

I’ve had 3 hot tubs, but the one I purchased through Sonoma Hot Tubs has been the best. I love their customer service, always responding quickly and with expertise. I’ve sent my friends here if they are in need of a LOCAL business for excellent products and product service!
