Sam was great! Courteous knowledgeable and communicative throughout the repair process. It’s hard to find honest reliable people and Sam is the best! I trust him with pc and phone repairs.
Came in for a repair on a Google Pixel cracked screen. By cracked I mean shattered. Sam went above and beyond to help me and make sure that my phone was taken care of and fixed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Will only be using Nashville Cellular in the future. Thanks again Sam!
Neutral review. Door is always locked. I needed a front screen changed and after she answered the door she told me they didn't do those types of repairs. She referred to a place 'up the road'. Nice enough lady but I have no idea what they actually provide. I have a desk to the left and then a large wall blocking you from seeing any relevant merchandise. So my review is restricted to the nice customer service she provided even though she couldn't help me.
