Always a great experience. My female cavalier lost her older brother last weekend, and she’d never been to the groomers without him. I expressed my concerns about her to the staff, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was doted on, like the princess she is. Kudos, Nashville Pet Spa!! Viva la Spa!

I had a meet and great and also bathing with fur removal along with nail grinding for both dogs. I dropped them off at 7:30 am and within 45 minutes to an hour they called me to let me know that one of my dogs was reactive with other dogs and it probably wouldn't work out with him. So I asked them if they could go ahead and bath him and ill come and get him. They did and called me within the hour. They were very professional and understanding and done an AWESOME job on his grooming! So yes, I would definitely recommend them! They were on top of everything and didn't waste any time!
