Steve Edwards is an outstanding technician. He has done an annual inspection on our property for years. He is always exceptionally polite, professional and a wealth of information on crawl space moisture concerns. We highly recommend National Exterminating. We have been with this company for over 25 years. Office staff Tammy and Pam have always delivered great customer service! Herman Munn, one of the senior technicians, recently did a follow-up assessment and was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Munn. He patiently explained the condition of our crawl space and outlined actions to ensure house integrity — an asset to this company!
