We've used national exterminating since we've moved here 3 years ago. Justin is always on time and very polite. He helped eliminate our cockroach infestation we had in our new house.
Justine has been our exterminator for years and has always answered any questions. We also utilize National for our termite treatment. They have always done a good job for us.
I have an annual contract with National Ext for termites so they come out once a year. Kyler has been my service technician for several years now. Kyler is personable, professional and friendly and just a pleasure to deal with.
John does all of my pest inspections. He is punctual, professional, and most of all he is honest. He never pushes unneeded services and I never have to worry if his recommendations are based purely on sales. The services provided by the company are top notch and they stand behind their work. Highly recommended!

He is friendly and gets the job done right this is the has been easy and phenomenal experience. Thank you.
Shady practices: I started a 12 month termite warranty contract (and paid in full) then 7 months later received a bill to renew. When I called and asked why my bill wasn’t 12 months after initial service I was told because previous homeowners had a warranty with them and it renews on that date—so now I’m expected…
We have our annual termite inspection in February. We've never had any problems. Everyone does a good job. Edmond did our service this year & went above & beyond. Very nice, friendly & professional. A definite advantage in the service industry. Great job Edmond & NEI.
