I hesitated, but decided to list my pool route for sale with National Pool Route Sales. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Scott Roberts has done an amazing job finding and vetting prospective buyers. We determined the most effective way to sell the route was to divide it into four sections. Three of the sections are already sold and there is a qualified buyer for the fourth. Thank you Scott for making my retirement a reality!

Scott was very unprofessional and hostile to any questions. Clearly just wanted to sell me a route and was frustrated that he couldn’t pull a fast one on me. Not helpful at all. Buyer beware.
We had a great experience working with Scott and the team. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent support both before and after the deal. The ongoing mentorship and willingness to help navigate the transition has been extremely valuable. I sold two routes with NPRS. One went very smoothly. On the other one, I financed the route to the buyer, and got completely screwed. The buyer used a company name that I later found out was the name of a company that he didn't own. The buyer immediately sold the route to a third party for cash and kept the proceeds. On that deal, NPRS got more in commission money than I got for selling my business. Make sure you do your own due diligence if you're going to have these guys manage your transaction. I'm having to sue the buyer at my own expense, and because the company name was invalid on the closing documents, I'll probably never be able to collect.
Scott Roberts was great from start to finish. He made the transition easy and was always available when I needed him. Would definitely recommend National Pool Route Sales.

I put in a request through the website. A couple days later I get a text from (SCOTT) requesting personal information. I responded that I don't share information over text to anyone I don't know. I believe it is a bot, it responded the same no matter what I asked. "Please answer the questions so we can qualify you" If this is a real company they will likely be a nightmare to work with. They will not take the time to make a phone call.

Beginning this qualification a simple email or text exchange, such as how we reached out to you the day after your inquiry, is most expeditious and efficient with everyone’s available time and schedules and a method that has worked well for the thousands who have reached out previously. While we attempted to explain over the multiple messages, what information we needed and why to no avail.
