Customers frequently praise the technicians for their punctuality, professionalism, and detailed explanations regarding pest prevention and treatment methods. However, critical reviews highlight issues with billing practices, such as unexpected charges for services not rendered or disputes over contract terms. Some clients also report that the treatments failed to resolve specific pest problems, leading to dissatisfaction with the overall effectiveness of the service.
