I'm currently using Nutura Pest Control in an effort to remove some rodents, specifically, rats. I've learned there are specific steps required to attract a rat and we're getting closer to the capture and removal stage, even though I'm frustrated to still have this rat in my home. I have both a dog and a cat and I definitely do not want to expose them to the possible diseases carried by this rat. I just got off the phone with Austin trying to understand why this is taking so long and he shared why the process takes time. So moving forward, I felt heard by Austin and know this will end in the next couple of weeks!!! If this ever happens again or I have a friend experiencing this issue, I'll recommend Nutura because they know that I care about getting this resolved and so do they!! Thank you Austin!!!!!
