Reviewers praise the facility for its 24/7 access, clean equipment, and supportive community atmosphere that welcomes members of all fitness levels. Trainers are frequently described as knowledgeable and professional, particularly in helping clients achieve specific goals through personalized plans. However, several low-star reviews highlight significant issues with communication and billing, noting instances where phone calls went to voicemail, scheduled appointments were missed, and membership cancellation requests were ignored or resulted in unexpected charges.

Was able to cancel my membership due to my circumstances with ease. All thanks to Ali! Thank you!
The staff and trainers deserve special recognition for their professionalism and friendliness. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with equipment usage, workout advice, or fitness plans. Their positive attitude helps create an encouraging atmosphere for both beginners and experienced gym-goers.
It was fine for my needs.
After waiting outside and knocking on the door for ten minutes, I decided to check out a different gym rather than be ghosted at this one. I even tried waving at one of the members to let me in so I could buy a day pass (as I’ve done before when I’m in VB visiting family) and I got ignored. Phone calls sent me to voicemail. Not coming back.
Natural Bodyz is a supportive community of both trainers and members. They welcome members of all fitness levels and work hard to make everyone reach their fitness goals.
This gym is a hidden gem for anyone with a busy schedule. The 24/7 access is a game-changer; they remain fully operational even during holidays or snow days when everywhere else is closed. Beyond the convenience, the facility hygiene is top-tier—the equipment is spotless and there’s absolutely no 'gym smell.' Best of all, the atmosphere is respectful; you never have to wait for machines because the members don't hog the equipment. Highly recommend for a premium, hassle-free workout.
Great equipment, friendly atmosphere, and a safe place to workout anytime. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
I started at this gym on 8/2 signing up for the Total Body Transformation Challenge. It has been well over 20 years since I have seen the inside of a gym or even exercised on a consistent basis. I was completely overweight and out of shape. I was terrified to step foot in the door but knew I had to. My health depended on it. This gym, these trainers have welcomed me with open arms, no judgement and are helping beyond anything I imagined. In 43 days, I am down over 15 lbs and have lost lots of inches, 5 inches just in my waist. I am feeling better today than I have felt in years! It is changing me physically but also in so many other ways. I am so grateful to Chad, Terrence, Beaux & Kim for their expertise, guidance & encouragement. I also have to give a shout out to my girl Meredith for introducing me to the program and saying, "if you do it, I will do it". Without that, I never would have signed up. Don't sleep on this gym, y'all! If you're someone like me, overweight, scared, don't know where to start.... start here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is by far the best gym experience I have had. Staff is great, and not to get to new agey, but the vibe is fantastic. I highly y recommend this gym.
Natural Bodyz Fitness has truly changed my life. I first joined through the Total Body Transformation Challenge, and from day one, the owners and trainers have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. What stood out even more was how welcoming and supportive the gym members are—it really feels like a family. During my first week, I was guided by their tips, feedback, and encouragement, which made all the difference as a beginner in the gym. This community didn’t just help me physically, it made a lasting impact on my entire family. I’m so grateful I get to experience the daily grind with such amazing people.
