At the start of this 2026, I wanted this to be my health year. I wanted to get on track to being overall healthier and understand what I might be missing, plus I wanted to be off of my epilepsy medication entirely and work towards a holistic way of healing. Brandon and Katie have been wonderful! To be completely honest, I had no clue what I was walking into and after the first appointment I was skeptical. But I kept going because a lot of the information made sense. I have noticed some changes but I also know it’s my own hardwork that needs to kick in as well as what they’ve recommended for me to work on. I will be updating this as time goes on so people can see the differences!

I've got to say I am / was the biggest skeptic about anything working for me or helping me. I have had cyclical vomiting syndrome for what feels like my whole life. The first time I went to the ER for it I was 7 yrs old. I am now 45. Over the last 5 years my symptoms have gotten worse to the point that I was dealing with episode after episode. 7 times in 3 months I had bouts of cyclical vomiting that last for over 24 hours. I had been diagnosed with abdominal migraines, ER Dr said it was because of marijuana use. Nothing helped. It was like a switch would flip and I would puke bile up every 5-10 min for 24+ hours. I couldn't drink water. Couldn't eat food for a few days after. Debilitating is an understatement. I was sent to Tammy by my chiropractor. She saw me and immediately told me I had a parasite, that I needed to follow a strict diet and follow a supplement regimen. I had serious doubts. I didn't believe what I was being told. But, I was desperate for any kind of relief. So, I follow Tammy's direction to a T. I didn't cheat or deviate from her instructions. I'll say the first 2 weeks I felt awful. On day 3 I legit thought that a lil monster was gonna pop out of my stomach like the beginning scene in Space Balls. It felt like there was something writhing in my stomach, I have never felt anything like that before. I had 3 separate times where I felt like the switch was flipped-- I followed her instructions to take specific supplements when I felt the switch flip. I never ended up vomiting or having cyclical vomiting episodes. It's has been 2.5 months since my first visit. I had a follow up at 2 months and the parasite is gone. My body is actually absorbing nutrients and I have never felt better. I am now on supplements to help my liver and intestines repair. I have energy, I'm happy, and for once in years I feel healthy. I didn't think it was possible to get better. I had resigned myself to believe that cyclical vomiting was part of my life. Now I am free! My 5 year old daughter had a list of allergies and food sensitivities that seemed to be getting longer all the time. We started her on the gut reset program in January, we are now in phase 3 of the program, it's been hard but so good 👍 my daughter can now tell me the difference between a tummy ache, being full or being hungry (she couldn't before). She has started taking an interest in the food being cooked and sometimes even asks if it's meal time yet. She's not "crashing" on the couch pale with no energy anymore, she sparkly and her cheeks are rosy. This program has been hard but it's been worth it. We did it as a family to support her, even my parents, just because they didn't want her to have to do it alone. She has also had small amounts of some of things she couldn't eat before and hasn't reacted !!! If you are struggling with food allergies or sensitivities this is a worthwhile program but if you really want it to heal you have to be 100% committed, my 5 year old daughter hasn't "cheated " not once and now she's reaping the reward 😀 and we're from Canada so being able to do this remotely has been awesome!

These people in this clinic are steadfast christians and have a lot of education in how they treat people. I will definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I saw Tammy for nutrition information to help with weight loss and inflammation and received a wealth of helpful information, much more than I even thought I needed. She did muscle testing and I think the results were quite accurate. I called to ask a follow-up question and they were so helpful. I was very impressed by the whole organization, no extra pressure no gimmicks, no packages, they seem like they really are interested in helping me achieve my best health.

I was so excited to get into Bill Jenkins to get my hip adjusted. He does the whole person. Everyone is so personal and thorough.
