I have been a customer since 2008, I believe. The staff has been instrumental with helping me through some intense health challenges. They have educated me about so many issues over the years. Ms. Betty is a saint and makes me feel like a family member. All of the staff is wonderful and take time to help no matter how busy it is. They treat customers like each person is the most important person. Ms. Gloria, just like the others is full of information and is always eager to share and educate. I feel confident in their products because they choose products from companies that take pride in what they sell. Good customer service is becoming rare. The staff has helped me with researching issues I have struggled with. I would certainly recommend Natural Therapies Health Foods to anyone who is looking for a place where you will be seen and valued.
