Customers report that NaturePest technicians are punctual, knowledgeable, and communicative, often explaining treatment processes and identifying specific pest entry points. Reviews highlight effective results for ants, mosquitoes, and roaches, noting the use of injection methods that avoid messy sprays. While most find the service reliable and professional, one lower-rated review criticized the pricing, stating that ants returned shortly after treatment, making the cost unjustified for their needs.

I’ve had such a great experience with Nature Pest, and I am grateful that my neighbor recommended it to me. From the very beginning, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and really attentive to my needs. The technician showed up when they texted me they will, explained everything clearly, and did a great job checking the areas where insects could be roaming. They did not try to convince me of something I have to make the decision. By the way, they only use natural products. I really like to recommend this company! Blessings to you all🙌🏼

Thank you, Norma, for such a thoughtful review and for giving your neighbor's recommendation a chance. We're glad our team arrived when promised, explained the inspection clearly, and gave you room to make an informed decision without pressure. Our holistic pest control approach emphasizes careful inspections, targeted treatments, and prevention rather than routine indoor spraying. We truly appreciate your trust and kind words!
Thank you, Candy! We're happy to hear that Fidel did such a professional job, and we'll share your kind words with the team. That same attention to detail guides our pest inspections, termite evaluations, and other NaturePest services. We appreciate you taking the time to recognize his work!

Thank you Lillian greatly appreciated. Fidel is an amazing technician. Please keep us in mind for your residential pest control and your Termite control.
