Navarro Family Roofing

We were getting ready for a solar install when the crew checked the attic and found roof leak damage along with a broken support truss. We talked through the repair options and decided it made the most sense to fix both before moving ahead. i called a local roofing company, and dale gave me an estimate that morning with a plan to handle the work quickly. Because we were on a tight schedule, i asked if the roofing timeline could be moved up. They were very understanding and worked hard to fit us in sooner. early Friday morning, zachary and camden arrived, inspected the roofing issue and framing damage, and completed both repairs by 11:30am. The whole process was smooth, professional, and clearly focused on quality workmanship and customer care.

Working with Navarro Family Roofing through my roof claim process in Milltown has been a very good experience. Dale was helpful from start to finish, and the roofing crew worked hard and did a really nice job on the roof. Zachary also handled the solar panel removal and reinstall with care, and all 17 panels were put back properly. The gutter work was finished as well, which made the whole roofing project feel complete. It was great to have a crew that showed up on time, stayed professional, and delivered solid workmanship even during a stretch of very warm weather. The finished roof, solar, and gutters all look great.

I called for a roofing estimate, and Zachary came out the same day with one of the crew to inspect and measure the old roof. After a careful look that took about half an hour, he gave us a detailed and fair quote for the full roof replacement. The process moved along well, and the crew arrived as promised. They worked hard, stayed focused, and completed the new roof quickly while still paying attention to the details. Once the old roofing was removed, they found some damaged wood decking underneath that needed carpentry repairs. Zachary explained everything clearly and adjusted the final price only a little to cover the extra lumber and materials, without adding labor charges for that part. We were very happy with how the whole roofing job turned out. The new roof looks great, and it feels solid and professionally installed. They also installed new gutters around the house, and that work came out nicely too. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would gladly hire them again for roofing and gutter work.

Special thanks to Navarro Family Roofing for the great service and strong workmanship. roger helped us feel confident with his roofing knowledge and clear guidance through the whole process. camden did an excellent job coordinating every part of the project, including a steel roof, gutters, and gutter guards, and made sure everything stayed organized from start to finish. zachary and the crew were flexible and handled each part of the job with care, including replacing cedar siding on our home so it matched well with the rest of the exterior. We also appreciated the follow-up visits to take care of small concerns that came up along the way. After some repair work from winter roof damage, we honestly cannot tell there was ever a problem at all. the team was professional, easy to work with, and really helped improve our home with quality roofing and exterior work.

Six stars for the roofing team. We needed a full roof replacement, chimney removal, new gutters, and custom aluminum trim around the windows, doors, fascia, and soffit. We also had them install a custom-size window and finish it with matching trim. The estimate came quickly and was clearly laid out, which made the whole roofing and exterior project easy to understand. Camden stopped by with shingle, gutter, and trim color samples and helped us choose materials and colors that worked well together. The crew was courteous, skilled, and efficient. They protected our air conditioner, windows, and hot tub during the roof and exterior work, and everything was handled with real care and attention to detail. The job moved along faster than we expected without cutting corners. When the custom window was ready, the installers were very careful inside the house during the install. They had to fit the new window into an older frame, which meant carefully cutting through very old wood. It was a tough job, but they handled it with precision and patience. They came prepared and kept the work moving smoothly. The cleanup was outstanding. They left the property looking neat and took care of our home like it was their own. The finished roof, gutters, trim, and window all look excellent, and the craftsmanship really stands out. Our neighbors have noticed how nice everything looks, and we have gotten plenty of compliments. I would absolutely recommend this roofer and would gladly give more than five stars.

dale stopped by and offered a free roof inspection after a recent storm. i was a little unsure at first, but we agreed. He spent about 10 minutes on the roof and explained that the shingles and flashing were in very good shape, though there were a few nail pops that could lead to minor issues over time. He offered to seal them right away at no charge and handled it with a caulk gun while he was already up there. When he came back down, he said everything was taken care of. He also offered to remove some old cables tangled around the gutters that we had been meaning to get rid of, and he took care of that too. roger was very friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew roofing work well. He even offered to clean out the gutters, which showed real care and strong customer service. camden and the crew definitely earned our trust, and we would be happy to use them for any future roofing needs.

Dale and Zachary were very helpful from start to finish with our roofing project. I should also mention that Dale’s father, Roger, had done excellent roofing work for me on two earlier jobs. Dale’s estimate was the most affordable, and soon after I signed the agreement, Zachary sent over several nearby homes in Milltown so we could look at roof installs with the shingle colors we were considering. Once we picked the shingles, the roof replacement was put on the schedule right away. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished the job in one day. The next day, the foreman came back to inspect the property, check the cleanup, and make sure we were happy with the new roof. We absolutely were. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and well organized, and I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof work.

We had a new roof installed by Navarro Family Roofing in Milltown, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Unlike many roofing contractors, they were quick to respond and ready to get the project moving. The estimate was easy to schedule, and picking out the shingles went fast because Roger was very prompt with calls and emails and explained the roofing options in simple terms. They were able to begin the roof replacement the following week, which was a big help since many other roofers had much longer wait times. The crew showed up on time each day and finished the work in only two days. They worked efficiently, kept the property clean, and were polite throughout the job. They also pointed out important issues they found, like a rusted furnace pipe and worn skylight flashing, so those could be handled properly before they turned into bigger roofing problems. We appreciated that they focused on doing the work the right way and making sure the roof system would protect our home for the long term through New Jersey weather, including heavy rain, wind, and seasonal changes. There was also a small invoice mistake, but once we mentioned it, it was fixed right away with no hassle. Honest people, solid workmanship, and a very professional roofing crew. We highly recommend them.

Exceptional roofing service from start to finish. We’re very pleased with the final result from Navarro Family Roofing. The crew left the property in even better shape than before and fixed problem areas like poor skylight flashing and the spots where the AC lines pass through the roof. Everything was kept very clean, with debris swept up and the work area stayed tidy throughout the project. They also handled a tricky setup with two rooftop air conditioners in a smooth and professional way, bringing in a solid subcontractor to temporarily remove them during the roof replacement. After that, everything was put back properly, and they added quality UV-resistant insulation that had been missing before. We also had solar added, and they did a great job blending the tilt rack anchors into the roofing system so everything looked neat and well integrated.

We were getting solar panels installed, and the installer suggested a full roof inspection first. The check showed storm damage, so the roof needed replacement before the panels could go on. We spoke with a few roofing contractors and chose one that was clear, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. camden helped explain the roofing process, worked with our insurance company, answered questions about ventilation and energy efficiency when we asked, and kept us updated through each step. The roofing crew worked hard and stayed focused, even when weather moved in and they had to quickly wrap up the fascia and eaves work for the day. The new roof looks excellent, and the clean fascia and sharp roof lines really improved the whole look of the house. The materials, cleanup, and communication were all handled well. we are very happy with the finished roof, and i have already recommended them to a friend.
