I would highly recommend Neil Montague at Navarro Law Firm. I was helping my daughter navigate a custody lawsuit over her two young children. I initially recommended a different attorney thinking she would be a good fit, but the attorney basically told her the father will likely get 50% custody without spending the time to fully understand all the issues of the case. My daughter didn’t know where to turn. I did some research and helped initiate an initial interview with Neil Montague. My daughter felt very comfortable with Neil’s approach and their relationship right from the start. Neil took a different approach than most family attorneys but he felt his approach would work best in this custody case. After 18 long months of working through court hearings, motions, filing documents, and multiple trial reschedules, Neil approached pre-trial with a motion for “Default” and provided substantial evidence supporting his motion. At the pre-trial my daughter was awarded sole physical and legal custody or her two young children and was the best outcome we could have ever hoped for considering the serious issues surrounding the father’s ability to care for the children in an unsupervised environment. I can’t express how happy my daughter and our family are with the legal support and counseling from Neil.
