I just moved into the Cary/Raleigh area and found NC Complete Auto Care for an Oil Change and my State Inspection. Easily set up a time and date to get these completed. Everyone was very thorough and had both done in an hour! Will be going back and 10/10 recommend!
This was my first experience. I felt that the technicians were honest. I will be using them for servicing my car.
I had an issue with my car’s left-turn indicator, and I was told that the front wheel had to be removed because the bulb was not easily accessible. I was charged $75 for just half an hour of labor. However, the work appeared to be completed very quickly, and I noticed that the front wheel had been removed. This left me questioning whether the amount charged was reasonable for the time and work involved. I believe customers deserve a clear explanation of the repair process and a fair, transparent labor charge. Based on my experience, I would advise others to ask for a detailed explanation and confirm the labor cost before approving any repair.

Our labor charges are based on standardized manufacturer labor time guidelines provided through our estimating software, rather than the exact time a technician takes to complete a repair. Completing the work sooner than expected therefore does not reduce the quoted labor charge. The same principle protects customers when a repair takes longer. For example, if a job is quoted at four labor hours but requires six hours to complete, we do not charge for those additional hours. We explain the recommended work and associated costs and obtain customer approval before proceeding. I went in for an inspection. They had me come back because they weren’t available when I walked in. We made an appointment. They kept the appointment and I was in and out of there in no time! Friendly, clean environment, answered any questions I had! I will be returning!
Best mechanic ever!! Moving here from out of state it was important for me to find a trusted mechanic. NC Complete Auto Care is always transparent and helpful throughout the process. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their car. They treat their customers fairly and are able to simplify the car lingo to us less-car knowledgeable customers. Simple state inspection. Called to check on availability and got an appointment slot. The young lady at the desk was cheerful and knowledgeable. Arrived 10 min early and was checked in immediately. Brought a book and srink for the wait but only got thru2 pages and half a drink. Great to make an appointment and have it met. Not my fist visit - they consistantly Exceed expectations.
