THEY DO NOT DEEP CLEAN YOUR HOME. They charged me $519 to mop my house and wipe down cabinets. They sent one person to do a three person job.
The person they sent was an hour and a half late and left an hour early even though I paid for five hours and 15 minutes of cleaning according to neat and tidy. This is grossly overpriced for the quality of work that I received. I’m extremely disappointed in this company. When I asked for a partial refund, they ghosted me. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is actually trying to get a deep clean service for their home.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company took $500 from me and I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed.
The worst cleaning experience I have ever booked and it wasn’t cheap either. Not capable of deep cleaning a new move in. I had to re-clean myself. They offered a discount for the next clean - wouldn’t spend another dollar with them though, the clean was that bad.
HORRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!! I scheduled my move in clean for 5/8, the cleaner cancelled due to an accident, i got rescheduled for 5/9 and the cleaner had to leave because she had something come up and said the only thing she hadn’t finished was the basement and that she can come back the next day, i go to the home and it looks like she didn’t even touch anything!! All the appliances were still so dirty the vents, the walls, baseboards none of the windows were cleaned and the floor was not swept OR mopped which is the most basic thing of a cleaning?? And to top it off she left EVERY SINGLE DOOR of the home UNLOCKED!!! I’m not sure how many hours they were unlocked for. I let them know they need to send someone else to do a full reclean of the entire house and i was very specific on not wanting the same cleaner! The next day 5/10 they sent the SAME cleaner and which they did not tell me until i asked. I went to the house and she only did the basement. The whole house was still left uncleaned, everything i sent them, none of it was done or touched. They then sent another cleaner that same day 5/10 and finally she did a good job. She took pictures of everything the previous cleaner didn’t do and even said it looked like she didn’t clean at all!! And then the company was only offering me a $30 refund until i lost it with them and they gave me $100 off which is still insane and honestly i should’ve gotten and requested a FULL REFUND. Please spend your money somewhere else!!!! Oh and to top it off the “manager” took days to call me back. I also GAVE them some of my own cleaning supplies to use. They also keep deleting my review.
Marilyn did a great job. She listened to what I had to say. She did an outstanding job on the cleaning and we were able to communicate real good. When she didn’t understand, I called my son who speaks Spanish.
She was fast excellent in her work. Asked if I had any questions. She was fantastic

Neat N’ Tidy were able to come to my new home the day after I called and did a wonderful job! They were professional, very thorough and I’d highly recommend them!
