Very professional
Best tax service in the area! I want to make a special recognition to Symphony that answers the phones when you call in. She is extremely helpful and if we have any questions she is more than happy to answer or get the answer and return the call back. Love them and so happy we moved over to them to complete our taxes!
Originally I met with Justin to start my income tax return, who gave me a "Why are you even here" kind of attitude during the entire conversation, and almost seemed annoyed that I had a few questions about how I could increase future refunds. Also, The H.R. and Client Relations manager Julie provided no assistance to my questions, and was incredibly insulting. Honestly I'm just glad Ill never have to deal with this organization again.

Kind, honest, dependable, and caring extremely helpful
Happy to be of service! Thank you for the review!
Neely’s completely botched an estate return for our family. Mistakes are forgivable, but the lack of communication, transparency, and complete unwillingness to be helpful were not. We had to hire a second firm to undo their mess. At the end of the day, we essentially donated money to their firm as their work was unusable.
Mr. Chuck Neely's Accounting Service is top notch. This business is the Only one in town that can handle complex real estate tax calculations accurately as well as other difficult business and individual tax situations. Simpler tax filings can be handled as quickly and professionally as the more complicated ones. Plus these folks are personable and--might be hard to believe about accountants--fun!!
Honest, detailed, attentive tax preparation.
Thank you Jesse. We enjoy what we do and giving individual attention to each client's needs.
I have used Neely's Accounting Services for several years and their service has been outstanding! I can always depend on Chuck and his staff to provide the most current tax advice concerning my personal and business taxes. Thank you, for all that you do!
We appreciate that more than you know, Ricardo. Thank you for your support
