Customers frequently praise the punctuality, friendliness, and thoroughness of field technicians who handle routine spraying, inspections, and tenting services. However, recurring complaints highlight significant communication failures, including missed calls, lack of arrival notifications, and delayed estimates. Some reviewers also report property damage during fumigation setups, while others note that management often fails to return customer inquiries or resolve scheduling issues.

John was easy to speak to and offered valuable guidance. We had our house sprayed for bugs within a few days of talking with him. I would definitely recommend John for anyone looking for a friendly professional ready to help with your bug problem.
Josh is super friendly and efficient. He did an incredible and careful job using safe remedies in our preschool.
We have the bi-monthly service with Neighborly Pest Control, and are always extremely happy with their service! We're located in Mission Viejo and our tech, John, is always so kind, patient with our dogs, and does a great job. I have nothing but great things to say about him and the company, and would recommend them to anyone I know.
Thank you John
John did a great job with cleaning and spraying. John is very cordial and with good manners. His communication to announce his puntual arrival was excellent. F. Benavides Laguna Hills
