He took the time to inspect the plumbing issue, explain the cause…
From start to finish, the whole plumbing experience was excellent. After that, we scheduled the installation, and everything moved smoothly. We…

As a newer homeowner, I’ve made plenty of first-time mistakes, and I recently thought I had a plumbing problem under my home with what looked like a broken PEX water line near the water heater. We found a leak in our expansion tank, and even during a very busy stretch with lots of plumbing service calls, they still made time for us. When we first needed plumbing help many years ago, we found a great local team here in Hercules. After living in our Hercules home for many years, we realized it was finally time to get our plumbing system checked, especially since we had never known the exact location of our septic tank. Malik and Norman came out and did a fantastic job—they were quick to find our tank, explained that it has two sections, and…
we've relied on this plumbing team in hercules for over two decades. norman is honestly the most skilled plumber we've ever worked with. since we manage several units, we've seen all kinds of plumbing problems, and norman has always been able to track down even the toughest leaks, including those hidden underground.…

A couple years back, I ran into a big plumbing problem on Christmas Day in Hercules. I had peeled a bunch of potatoes and put the peels down the kitchen sink, which ended up clogging the drain. With family over, the sink was out of commission, and nothing I tried—like using a plunger or a drain snake—would clear the…

Malik was wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand my plumbing concerns. Diego and his team are truly excellent plumbers! Diego has helped us both at our home and at our local church in Hercules. after reaching out to a few plumbing companies, diego was the only plumber who got back to me quickly and actually showed up right on time. he took the time to explain everything about my water heater, how it works, where the main shutoff is, and what might be causing the problem. he even gave me a few different…

My wife and I are grateful for the plumbing services we received. They came out in December, 2021 and installed a Garbage Disposal. It stopped working in August, 2022. Did not return calls even though product still under warranty. No one picks up phone after office hours. Find another plumber to do business with!
