Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing for window, screen, and solar panel cleaning services. Reviewers note that staff often arrive early or on time, provide clear quotes without hidden fees, and handle scheduling easily. While most feedback is positive regarding efficiency and friendliness, one low-star review mentions a lack of follow-up communication, and another noted a significant price increase that was not disclosed upfront.

Very easy to schedule. Very nice to work with. Showed up early to the appointment. I would’ve liked to know they didn’t cover or clean more around the window, but that’s fine. The price is great and they did what they said they were gonna do and even offered a rain check, which was amazing to me. I will definitely use them again
Price assessment: Great price

Excellent experience with Neon Window Cleaning from start to finish. When I first reached out, they provided a clear quote and appointment window, and there were no surprises—the final price was exactly what they quoted.
They arrived early within the scheduled window, were friendly and professional, and confirmed the scope of the work before getting started. They got right to work, finished quickly, and did a great job. The whole process was easy and pleasant.
I’ll definitely be reaching out to Neon Window Cleaning from now on whenever I need my windows cleaned. Highly recommended!
Price assessment: Reasonable price

Highly recommend the Neon Window Cleaning team for their seamless scheduling and fabulous work. My panels are much happier, and my windows are so clean right now, I'm pretty sure I can see Cali from here.

Neon Window Cleaning is a great company with an outstanding owner, Mike. He brought a worker and did the job himself on my two-story roof. The job: Install those cage things around my solar panels to keep birds from living under there. They cleaned my roof where the birds had been. They said they installed the cage things without hurting my solar panels or my tiles. And they cleaned the yard around my house, even. Mike brought a drone camera to show me live video of my panels before and after the job. That's where these post-job pix came from. I've waited months to post this review. The birds are long gone, mosquitoes are gone with the birds, and it doesn't seem like there are any issues remaining with my solar panels or anything else. In my 26 years in Vegas, I've had trouble with people who run crappy HVAC companies and terrible paint businesses and other subpar companies. But Mike and this company, Neon Window Cleaning, was 100% amazing from start to finish. If he started an HVAC company and a car mechanic shop and any other business, he would get all my business.
