I can’t say enough good things about Chris! We recently had him out to inspect a new construction home we’re purchasing, and I’m so grateful we did.
Buying a home is a huge investment, and even with new construction, there are so many things you wouldn’t think to look for or even know to ask about. Chris was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain his findings, answer my many questions, and help me understand what was important without making anything seem unnecessarily alarming.
What stood out to me most was how genuine he was. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or like I was asking too many questions. He was honest, approachable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. He even offered to communicate directly with our builder to help make the process easier if I needed, which I really appreciated.
Chris gave me something that’s hard to put a price on when making such a big decision: peace of mind. I truly felt like he had our family’s best interests at heart.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone purchasing a home, whether it’s brand-new or not. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond!

Chris was phenomenal and very detailed and thorough on an inspection he did for me. He inspected every aspect of the house and explained everything to me through video chat (I am in another state) along with sending me a very detailed report. His communication throughout the process has been wonderful. He is thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
