New Beginnings Pediatric Speech Therapy Services

My daughter was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when she was a baby and since then we have heard everything from the possibility of a wheel chair to her not walking till she is five or six. After two years of physical therapy at other locations we switched to New Beginnings. Daniel was assigned to her for physical therapy and since day one he has had the same determination to get her walking as we have. After one month he had her taking her first unassisted steps and now she is independently walking after just a few months here and she is only 3 years old. We still have to stop and process seeing our daughter walking around on her own but we are forever grateful. Daniel has shown us that he cares very deeply about increasing the quality of life for our daughter but he is also extremely knowledgeable about his profession. They work very hard in their physical therapy sessions but my daughter still tells us she’s ready to “go play” when we get there. My daughter has a long way to go but we know she is in good hands and how fast she is progressing has taken such a weight off our shoulders. Something we could never repay but will always be grateful for. If you have a child in need of any kind of therapy, I would HIGHLY recommend new beginnings. ❤️

We are incredibly pleased with this facility. Every therapist has been wonderful to my child, making the entire process smooth and showing genuine care for their patients. I want to give a special shout-out to Stephanie Escobar for going above and beyond to help us secure my son’s AAC device. I am beyond grateful for New Beginnings OT & Speech Therapy and everything they have done for my son. 🤍 Watching how much he has advanced and grown has been such a blessing, and I truly believe so much of his progress is because of their hard work, patience, and dedication. They are constantly working to understand what he needs, finding new ways to help him, and making sure he feels supported every step of the way. They never stop trying, and they always deliver with so much care and compassion. 🥹✨ Thank you for celebrating his little victories, being patient with him, and believing in him. I have been calling for a week now. Each time it goes straight to voicemail and no one returns my call. They have stopped services and claimed my insurance was not paying for services. My insurer informed me that was not correct. I can’t speak to anyone at New Beginnings who can provide Me with information regarding this. Everything started out great, but now this business practice of theirs is delaying care.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible speech therapist our daughter got, Ms Carla!! My daughter felt completely at ease with her and was always excited for her sessions. She is amazing with her, and it means so much to know that your child is happy, thriving, and truly loves spending time with her speech therapist. We would have loved to continue working with her, but my daughter met her goals thanks to her kindness, patience, and knowledge. She played a tremendous role in his progress and success. I had high hopes of this clinic. But they are delaying treatment, they haven’t billed my insurance it’s been 30 days, but I keep getting text messages to pay when they haven’t even submitted a claim. I am also struggling because my insurance says one thing and the clinic another about how much I am supposed to pay. I also feel like the clinic has been very rude. And harassing me with text messages to pay when they haven’t even submitted the claim. * as in comparison to another speech clinic I went to they submitted the claim already and started therapy there.

Absolutely life-changing! 5 stars isn't enough. I cannot say enough good things about New Beginnings on Zaragoza. My experience here for both speech and occupational therapy has been nothing short of awesome. A huge shoutout to Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Lupita. They were absolutely incredible! Ms. Stephanie made speech therapy feel like play, and the progress I’ve seen is astonishing. Ms. Lupita is equally amazing. Her approach to OT is so creative and patient that my son’s behavior has changed for the better. They both truly care and go above and beyond. If you are looking for a place that feels like family and delivers real results, look no further. Thank you to the whole team! We will truly miss you guys!

My daughter had been going here and working with Ms. Stephanie Escobar for over a year, truly this place but most of all Ms.Stephanie have been a blessing. Working with our busy schedule at times, my daughter’s stubbornness and teaching my daughter how to speak! Stephanie had been there when my daughter could only say three words and was delayed on her mile stones. Stephanie worked with her so much with time and the advice she gave us, now my daughter is a non stop talker and will use her voice for everything. Truly this place and Stephanie is amazing and would recommend to bring your children here!
