I have yet to hear a response back from this location. I’ve inquired online and called several times leaving voicemails and no one has returned a message or call. Very unprofessional. Sad, I wanted to my child to utilize their services based on the great reviews I read.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry for your difficulty in getting in touch with us. As you mentioned, our positive reviews of patient outcomes have caused a significant increase in requests and have overwhelmed our front office and communication systems. We are in the process of upgrading all our systems and hiring new staff to prevent anymore missed opportunities to help a child in need.
My son has been coming here not too long ago and he loves it from a little toodler always with me I was afraid he was going to have a hard time adjusting but he is always so happy when I drop him off and when he gets out he’s always happy sometimes he’s mad because he doesn’t want to leave! My son is pretty difficult to handle but he’s made quite progress already. Jessica & Diana are absolutely angels

We are so grateful for Mrs. Diana at New Beginnings! She has been amazing with our son and has made such a positive impact on his development. She is patient, kind, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and understand his needs.
Our son absolutely loves her—every time we pass by New Beginnings, he wants to get out and go see her! That alone speaks volumes about the trust and connection she has built with him.
Mrs. Diana truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make therapy a positive experience. We highly recommend her to any family looking for an occupational therapist who is dedicated, caring, and exceptional at what she does. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Diana!
My daughter and son were under the care of Miss Diana for quite some time, and I am truly grateful for the way she handled and cared for them. She consistently showed genuine love, patience, and dedication toward my children.
My daughter improved significantly with Miss Diana’s guidance and support, and my son also showed remarkable progress during his time with her. I highly appreciate her hard work and commitment to helping my children grow and develop.
Diana was a very understanding and educational ot, she communicated everything with us and answered all of our questions. Our son showed incredible improvement within the months she worked with him. Highly recommend New beginnings and especially Diana for ot.
The last 6 months, my son was seeing Andrea! She has been an amazing therapist and influence in our son! We absolutely love her! We cannot thank her and New Beginnings enough for the support and patience she has shown in our son. Thank you again Andrea!

We have been seeing Jordan for speech therapy and she is amazing. My daughter super shy but she is absolutely loves Jordan and looks forward to every session. Jordan keeps us updated on what she is working on and is very flexible. I drive 20+ mins but this place is totally worth it.

At New Beginnings, we strive to create a welcoming environment where children feel confident and families feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Great clinic. But after years of being a client, it’s very disappointing that they are unwilling to work around schedules of medically complex children. I was continually reprimanded by my sons OT Bertha for trying to reschedule appointments. Tread lightly with this clinic they are constantly asking new patients to write reviews on google without having sufficient time or experience with a family.

Thank you for acknowledging our great clinic. At New Beginnings, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, ethical care to all families. We understand how important it is for families to find appointment times that work with their schedules, especially for families with different services. We see many families that have multiple services. We offer great flexibility, but we do encourage consistency for the benefit of therapeutic progress.
Due to the very high demand for our pediatric therapy services, our clinic is often fully booked, which limits appointment slots available for make ups. Even so, our team consistently does everything possible to accommodate each family's unique needs within those constraints. We have outstanding therapists that go above and beyond, even to the point of sometimes providing free tools and therapy supplies.
