New Era is hands down the best pest control service in Miami. We have been on a maintanence plan with them now for over a year and no pest - no issues - 100% satisfied.
Don't bother looking anywhere else. Not only are they good at what they do they educate you along the way. We dealt with companies out there trying to up sell and provide you with services that you do not need. New Era does not do that. They will make sure you get the service that you actually need. Their products are safe the their service is top notch.
The serviceman who came to my house was friendly, knowledgable and really took his time to explain everything to me and give me tips on how to prevent and deter further infestations. after just a few days I don't see any bugs. I am very happy with this service since I also know it won't hurt my pets< just the bugs!
