Eric noticed during the process of wiring a new disconnect for a new water pressure tank, that the wire size to my water heater was not to code. This had been wired by a sub contractor many years ago, but this presented a possible safety hazard and had to be remedied. His crew worked efficiently, professional and the cost fair for the task. He's been a great resource through my recent remodeling and I can count on his work to be to code.
I highly recommend New Heights for all your electrical needs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a great experience with New Heights Electric Co. After scheduling, Eric was able to get out to my house within just a few days.
Tesla provided me with a list of referred electricians for my EV charger installation, but none of them were local. I really wanted to go with a local company, and I’m very glad I chose New Heights Electric.
Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The work was extremely clean and professional, and they made sure to clean everything up before they left.
He also took the time to look at and diagnose an issue I thought I was having with a light fixture. It turned out that no repair was actually needed, and he assisted me with it free of charge rather than trying to sell me an unnecessary repair. I really appreciated that honesty.
Eric also explained the Duke Energy EV charger rebate/credit program to me and walked me through the steps and documentation I would need. I had no knowledge of the program beforehand, so that was incredibly helpful.
Communication was excellent from beginning to end. He texted before arriving and followed up afterward. The invoice was detailed with everything clearly broken out, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service.
Professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced, clean, and local. I would absolutely recommend New Heights Electric Co. and will definitely use them again for any future electrical work!
Price assessment: Great price

Eric st New Heights Electric is great to work with! He's professional, dependable, and does quality work. Highly recommend him for any electrical needs!
Extremely easy to work with, very communicative and flexible. We intend to work with them again in the future for a few additional electrical projects.
I had a problem with the electrical in my well house. Eric found and fixed the problem quickly and then was kind enough to take the time to walk me through using my generator. I have been a little nervous about using it and it was a huge relief to build confidence before the upcoming storm. Thank you, Eric
I opened a project through Yelp to have major electric upgrades made to my garage. I added 3 240V circuits including one for an EV charger, a dedicated 120V circuit for an AC unit, and new lighting. I got a few quotes and Eric was reasonably priced, walked me through exactly what he was going to do, and provided me a quote that broke everything down cleanly. He was able to start the job within a couple of days of me selecting him and did some of the cleanest electrical work I have seen. He took great care in opening and reclosing the wall above the panel. Wiring in the attic looks like has always been there. And the installation of the outlets and lighting are neat and clean. He even took great care to sweep up all the dust and trash in the garage upon completion. I would highly recommend him for your electrical needs.
Eric from New Heights Electric did an amazing job installing a new outlet in our home. He was quick, quiet, and left the working space extremely clean. Before the job, he was very communicative and even sent us a text reminder when he was on his way. We will definitely hire him again!
Eric really saved our butts when the power went off and his prices are super reasonable, especially compared to all the quotes we received! We will be calling him for all our electrician needs!
As most other reviews indicate, New Heights EC is professional, timely, has fair rates and communicates very good. Would definitely recommend and have them do future projects. BTW, Eric was the electrician responding.
