I had a fantastic experience working with Dave Jimenez and the New Home Team to sell my condo in Baltimore City. Dave made the process as easy as possible, and when the buyer's financing was holding up the process he even helped the buyer (who he wasn't representing) in finding new financing and ultimately the buyer secured a better rate. Dave also works with awesome professionals, from the people in his office who helped with all things settlement, to his contractor who was able to get work completed in the condo quickly and for a reasonable price. He has such great relationships and knows the area well, which ended up benefitting both me and the buyer. I cannot say enough about Dave Jimenez and the load that he takes on during the home selling process. After the sudden death of my beloved mother, Dave handled the sale of my property in MD even though I live in another state. Dave was super-knowledgeable of market conditions and pricing. During a sad and stressful time, he handled the clearing of the property, improvements to the property, and we were able to sell in record time. This process was completely painless, organized, and stress-free- all made possible by Dave's diligence, contacts, and professionalism. Dave also handled the sale of our childhood home. I cannot recommend Dave enough. If you want an efficient, stress-free, and organized real estate transaction, you MUST work with Dave. Our family trusts him with our real estate affairs. He assisted our elderly dad with the sale of our childhood home, 2 homes for my sister, and now the sale of our mom's place after her sudden passing.

Not only was he able to quickly understand what I needed in a home, but he was patient enough to show multiple homes on multiple days to ensure I found the perfect match. However, the biggest value-add he brings is his homebuilding experience enabling him to point out problematic building systems and potential structural issues which I - as a newbie to homeowning - would've never noticed. We went through two realtors before a friend recommended Dave Jimenez for our house hunting process and it was the best decision my husband and I could have made! Dave is extremely knowledgeable and very patient (and you need alot of that to deal with me!) He took us to every home we asked and went through the houses with us pointing out highlights that we would have never noticed. He advocates on your behalf so you can try an enjoy what is already a nerve recking process. We decided on a new build and needed Dave the entire time. Through the process Dave became like family!! If we could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. You would do yourself a disservice not to have Dave on your team! He is awesome!!!!

This review is for agent Emily Trageser. Where do I even start with Emily? I always joke that it was a match made in heaven! My husband and I started our home search in Baltimore by attending open houses. We met Emily at an open house she hosted where we noticed her impeccable attention to detail and her great knowledge of the area and the market. She offered to set up a search for us and explained the home buying process to us as first-time buyers. This was representative of our experience with Emily from start to finish! She was always available (by multiple modes of communication - text, phone, and email!) when we had questions or needed things completed in a timely manner. This included when we toured a home and put in an offer within 24 hours. We were impressed that she worked after hours to have everything ready for us, which led to our offer being accepted amongst many others.
