We’ve had such an awesome experience with our two boys at NHA. Lori and her team are absolutely top notch. The staff has had no turnover since they started a year and a half ago, which is great for the kids to have continuity. They are all so accommodating and always put the kids and families first in every decision. Couldn’t recommend this daycare/preschool enough! Our kids are learning such great life skills and gaining so much knowledge. A plus

We have been at New Horizon for the last 6 years, and both of our sons have had great experiences! We love that many of the teachers have been at that location for over 10 years. They communicate well and also make my boys feel like family. My eldest son has graduated but still loves going with to pick up and drop off so he can say hi to everyone.

My two boys love going here !! All the staff are amazing and it has been so awesome watching our toddlers grow and learn with such caring and nurturing teachers! I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a place to bring their kids.

We've been sending our oldest here for 5 years and our youngest for nearly a year now. The kids love the teachers and everyone has always been very responsive.

We've had our first child here since she was six months old and have our second enrolled from a similar age. Safe, encouraging and structured learning environment, including arts and STEM activities. We have updates through an app all day, which we have always appreciated. Opportunities to check in with teachers. Communication through app and also directly when needed. We trust all the teachers here; they are all professional and seem to care very much for all the kids. Recommend.

We love this location! I was very afraid of daycares at first but I needed the support. My daughter has been here for over 2 years & The teachers here are amazing. They are very supportive & understanding! Great learning curriculum as well. Would easily recommend shady oak!

We moved our 4 year old to New Horizon about 1 year ago from a different organization/center and have been very happy with the change. Our 2 year old recently started and has been loving it. There is structure to the curriculum but lots of fun activities and playtime throughout the day. Our kids talk about their teachers in a very positive way and look forward to seeing them on 'school days'. Things we really appreciate: The communication is very good through the app. The director and asst director are great and seem to know all the kids by name. No screen time. Very low staff turnover! Definitely recommend and would choose again. Thank you to all the teachers and staff!

We have sent our two kids here since they were infants. The directors and teachers clearly care so much for all the kids; and are thoughtful and encouraging, and very communicative with us. We love all the photos and updates throughout the day! We are so lucky to have found NHA Shady Oak.

As a first-time mom, I was terrified about choosing the right daycare for my son. He has been attending New Horizon for over a year now, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff are caring, kind, and welcoming, and both my son and I feel very comfortable here. They provide great updates throughout the day, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.
