Customers frequently praise the company's prompt scheduling, professional demeanor, and effective results for carpet repair, stretching, and cleaning services. Recurring themes include same-day availability, detailed explanations of procedures, and fair pricing for tasks like fixing pet damage or regluing rugs. While most reviews are positive, a few low-star comments criticize incomplete work on difficult stretches, poor quality patching, and issues with scheduling or water access during cleaning.

Blown away by the service, professionalism, and timeliness of my carpet repair. We had bad pet damage to our carpet and Isaiah had us booked within 24 hours and repaired in less than 40 mins! Highly recommend.
Thanks for the stellar review, Jen.
Very responsive, got the work done in a timely manner, recommended the best repair even though it meant he had to come back a second time.

Good quality service, well worth the money spent. On time respectful, professional and trustworthy.
Thank you very much for your review. Hope to see you again!
Isaiah arrived right on time and carefully explained the cleaning and repair procedures he planned to undertake. He was able to correct defects in the original installation of our carpets that caused them to "bunch up". He also cleaned our carpets very thoroughly. My wife and I are very satisfied customers.
Hi, John. Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you had a great experience.
Repaired 31' x 72' indoor/outdoor carpet that is gluded on concrete meeting room floor. Removed and reglued all rippled areas that were tripping hazards. Came back a few days later and chemical cleaned the rug. 25+ year old carpet looks like new!
Thanks for the stellar review, Ronald.
I had a repair of carpet that had been damaged by a chemical stain. It was done very professionally and turned out pretty good given the color changes to the carpet and the new condition of the piece used for the patch. I would highly recommend this company.

Carpet repair Didn’t have time according to him to repair a 12 inch x5 feet carpet. Wanted $75 to finish but he said he didn’t have time. I agreed to pay.
