Customers praise the store's punctuality, professional installation of carpet, LVP, and countertops, and fair pricing. Positive reviews highlight responsive communication, helpful advice, and efficient project completion. However, a pattern in lower-rated feedback indicates that some customers experienced delays in receiving appointment confirmations or estimates, with staff failing to return calls or provide timely updates.

Recently had my kitchen countertops and backsplash done by New Mexico Flooring Solutions. From the first meeting everyone was very helpful and professional. Darin and Hunter went out of their way to pick the right materials. Bryson and Deacon were very detailed and carefully removed the old and replaced with the new countertops. Also, Diego did a great job on the tile backsplash. I have an adobe house which is always challenging too. Thank you for everyone being very nice and doing a great job!

Hunter, Our engineered white oak floors are fabulous. Jose was so pleasant, efficient and tidy. I was amazed at how quickly everything went in. Of course we did our preparation on our end to assist. We emptied our house , all furniture was stashed in our garage. We had all the doors removed prior to Jose arrival and I had all my new baseboards painted and ready for installation . There bedrooms, dining/living room and hallways are all seamless. Any uneven transitions were lifted with the self leveling mix. I just have some small touching up of caulking on baseboards to finish it out. It was great working with all of you.
Sincerely MK

Working with Chris from the onset was a very pleasant experience. He was invested in what we were looking to accomplish and patient with my indecisiveness. He made great suggestions and provided alternative scenarios. Once we chose the flooring materials, Raul and Alvaro provided great craftsmanship and work ethic. They were professional, diligent and did a fantastic job!!! We will absolutely be using New Mexico Flooring for all our future flooring needs. We just love our new wood stairs with tile risers!!

We just had NM Flooring replace the carpeting in our house. They did a great job and the process was easy and painless! This was the second time we used Hunter and his team for a flooring project and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their flooring.
