Customers of New View Home Improvement LLC frequently cite clear communication, punctuality, and attention to detail as key positives during bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations. Reviewers often note that the contractor provides fair estimates, maintains a clean work site, and completes projects on schedule. However, low-star reviews indicate that some clients experienced delays or felt the contractor was unresponsive when requested to provide proof of licenses and insurance.

What sold us initially was how quickly and clearly Nick communicated before we even signed anything, and that didn’t change once the work started. The project ran two to three months and covered a lot of ground: a full shower addition, a complete basement finish, and window well repairs to solve our water intrusion problem. Through all of it, Nick and his team kept us in the loop, answered questions fast, and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage.
The craftsmanship speaks for itself, and the attached photos show it: the new shower tile work is beautiful, clean lines, great attention to detail on the niche and fixtures. The basement went from an unfinished space to a bright, comfortable room we actually use now. And the window well fix has held up, no more water where we used to have problems.
Beyond the quality of the work, Nick is just a genuinely good guy to work with, honest, easy to talk to, and someone who takes real pride in doing things right.
If you’re looking for a team that’s responsive, does great work, and has real integrity, we’d recommend Nick and the New View Home Improvement team without hesitation. We love our new basement and shower, and this whole experience made us confident we’d hire them again.

As a first-time homeowner in the U.S. and an expat with very little knowledge of home improvement costs, finding a trustworthy contractor was intimidating. We took more than 10-15 quotes and were utterly confused to pick which one. We were lucky to find Nic at New View Home Improvement who made the entire experience so easy.
He gave us one of the best quotes and, unlike most contractors, let us buy our own materials so we knew exactly what was going into our home. His crew was friendly and professional, paid attention to every detail, kept the work area clean and sealed off to minimize dust, and always had great design suggestions when we needed them.
When our Home Depot orders were delayed, Nic adjusted the schedule without any hassle. Even after the project was finished, he responded quickly whenever we had questions.
It’s rare to find someone who is honest, skilled, flexible, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. I can confidently recommend Nic and New View Home Improvement to anyone. An easy 5 stars!

We had our bathroom remodeled and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The company was very professional from the day they came out for the estimate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident moving forward.
The preparation was outstanding—they properly protected the house and kept everything clean, minimizing dust throughout the project. Everything ran smoothly and was handled in a very professional manner.
They showed up every single day as promised and stayed on schedule, which we really appreciated. The quality of work and attention to detail were great.
Definitely a company you can trust. Highly recommend!

From the very first time I met Nick till the end of my project, Nick was a consummate professional. I started out thinking I'd do a major structural bathroom renovation, but then changed my plans drastically and ended up doing a much smaller scale bathroom remodel and dozens of small things around the house because I was hard pressed for time. I think it's actually much harder and definitely more time consuming for a contractor to do a million small things than one big project. Throughout the project, Nick was patient, always had time to listen to my feedback about any aspect of the project, and was very transparent about costs. My project was scheduled to be done in 6 days but when it wasn't, Nick came on a Sunday and worked all day Sunday to finish it because he knew I was under the gun time-wise. His crew are nice, hardworking people and the quality of work is amazing. I also appreciated it very much that they worked quietly without blasting music all day. I highly recommend New View Home Improvement. Absolute two thumbs up!

Nick replaced a bathtub for a stand-up shower in my apartment, it was a small renovation, but the project took weeks to be completed because the president of the condo board postponed the already schedule job and delayed access to the building water line valves for various reasons. Nick remained very professional, respectful, and cooperative with the conditions imposed by the board's president and successfully was able to move forward with the project.
He remained commited to our initial agreement and never used the issues to increase the price or leave the project incomplete. During those weeks, he took steps to make sure the renovation was going to take place, he applied for the local permit, provided the board with all the requested documentation, replaced the water valve of the unit, and helped my tenants when the water of the shower wasn't warming up.
He is a hard worker, very experienced and his honesty is outstanding. I'm very pleased with the renovation, the details and functionality of it. I also know I paid the best price because I got several estimates all higher than his. Nick's prices are fair and hard to find. I read some reviews and I agree with Frances, he is genuinely nice.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
This project definitely came with challenges due to the condo board delays, but we’re glad we were able to stay patient, work through the process, and get everything completed the right way. Our goal is always to honor our commitments, keep things fair, and make sure the project is done properly no matter the circumstances.
We’re happy to hear you’re pleased with the final result, the functionality, and the overall details. It also means a lot that you recognized our efforts with permits, coordination, and helping your tenants along the way.
Thank you again for your trust and for your kind words—it was a pleasure working with you, and we’re always here if you need anything in the future!

I honestly don't leave reviews whether it was the best experience of my life or the worst, I just move on with my life BUT in this situation, I will write one because nik and his crew genuinely deserve it. Being a homeowner for 15+ years I've encountered many MANY contractors, which I grew skeptical and frustrated with. They don't answer your call, they put you on the back burner, their attitude sucks etc im sure you know exactly what I mean . then nik came along. Total opposite of any contractor I've met over the years, hes punctual, polite, respectful of your time, his crew is really cool and addresses problems immediately, he assists you with ideas why it would work/ wouldn't work, very professional and genuinely a good guy, and his work speaks for itself. Also, after they complete the project they clean! Yea do you believe it? They don't leave your new home a mess! Little things like respecting your time, cleaning, good attitude go a long way with me and that's why I give him 5 stars, its unfortunate I can only leave 5 stars they honestly deserve 10.
His crew is excellent! If you get the pleasure of meeting Oscar hes a really good guy and loves hot chocolate. : hint hint: bring him one sometimes he'll appreciate it 😆

I hired New View Home Improvement for my kitchen renovation, living room revamp and full home painting project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a pleasure working with Nik and his crew — Wilson, Giovanni and Oscar.
From start to finish, the project was handled professionally with clear communication and strong attention to detail. As a designer myself, I set the bar high, and they absolutely delivered! The crew brought my detailed vision to life, with precision and true craftsmanship.
Nik goes above and beyond and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen, answer questions, walk through details and make sure everything was executed exactly as I envisioned. That level of patience and professionalism makes a big difference during such a large project.
The crew showed up every day and were consistently kind, hardworking and respectful of my home. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.
I would confidently recommend New View Home Improvement to friends and family and will definitely use them again for any future projects.
