Larry was incredibly responsive and worked around our schedule. His integrity, professionalism, and dedication are exceptional. Following an issue with our initial inspection, we called to express our concerns. Without hesitation, Larry offered to return himself to resolve the situation, which he did completely. He conducted a very thorough inspection of the property, offered helpful tips, and handled a very difficult seller with great professionalism. Ultimately, he provided us with a detailed report to help us make a well informed decision about the purchase. I will definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him!

It was so easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience with New York House Inspectors regarding mold removal. Inspector Larry was on time and very courteous. He explained what the process was going to be and why he’s doing it. He was thorough, informative and very helpful. The post inspection report was sent on time, and contained all the information Larry said I was going to get. We are so happy with the service and recommendations to treat and take care of the problem. I would recommend Larry at New York House Inspectors anytime. Thank you Larry 🙏🙏 🙏

Very quick to schedule, and I appreciated the thoroughness of it all. Answered all the questions I had before, during, and even after the report was given. 10/10 recommend their services :)

Would highly recommend Larry and Team! The inspection was extremely thorough and Larry helped walk us through his findings in way that was easy to understand. The inspection helped provide us with the confidence to move forward with our first home purchase. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Compared to others Larry is very professional and responsive. His inspections are inclusive of every "nook and cranny" of the property's interior and exterior. My clients so appreciate his obvious knowledge and calm demeanor as he advises them of the positives and possible concerns as he evaluates the property. Both He and Ryan give us all the greatest confidence in their work and assessments. They are my 100% preference to inspect my customers properties whether buying or preparing for sale.

Our home inspection couldn’t have gone smoother! They were completely flexible with scheduling and accommodated my first time/date request. While there, the team provided a comprehensive overview of the house, talking us through the inspection and answering any questions we had. We received the report the same night. It was extremely thorough and comprehensive.
