I found Andrew Newcomb in 2023 after speaking with several other immigration lawyers. My case was not simple because I was already in removal proceedings. Most of the other lawyers I consulted told me to file the I-130 first, wait for it to be approved, and only then file the I-485. That approach would have taken much longer. Andrew's strategy was completely different. He knew exactly what he was doing and filed everything together. Thanks to his experience and strategy, my removal proceedings were terminated, and I received my green card in just 10 months. During the process, I had a lot of anxiety and constantly asked questions because I was worried about my case. Looking back, if I could do it all over again, I would simply trust him and let him do his job. He had a clear plan from the beginning, and it worked exactly as he said it would. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and confident in handling complex immigration cases.
