Just FYI we didn't purchase windows from this company, but our apartment complex used them for our new windows and sliding glass doors (which were installed today) and we couldn't be more happy! These guys are awesome. Here's some of the things you will experience with their installation crew. They're fast, courteous, and respectful of your home and the surrounding property. They're clean, organized, and experienced. Your furniture, and home goods will be covered along with all of the flooring before they even bring in any tools. They have a positive attitude, and their conversations (among themselves) are quiet and professional. Once the isntallation was complete, the team took the time to explain the new windows features, and made sure we were satisfied with their installation. We've also spoken with a number of our neighbors and all of them gave us very positive feedback from their experience. Lastly, the windows and doors were great. The glass has a slight tint to it which does make it darker in the apartment. Because they're double paned there's less noise and when it's cold the inside air temp. is much more stable. The glass doors (and windows) slide with just a push of a finger too, and they're quiet when you open and close them. Definitely recommend them!!!

Outstanding Teamwork, Professionalism and Quality Work I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the six-member crew (Armando, Michael, Steven, David, Jacob, & Christian) from Newman Window & Doors who came last Thursday to install my sliding doors and all the windows. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, technical skills, diligence, and commitment to doing a good job. Each member demonstrated a high level of skill and took pride in their individual responsibilities, while also working collaboratively and collectively to complete the installation efficiently and within a timely manner. Choose Newman if you want a poor install, unreliable service and run around for repairs. We had our sliders installed a few years ago. The install left protruding nails along the frame that they installed, a slider screen that has never latched (we can technically latch it by very firmly slamming the slider and we were told “this is the best we can get it”), a pooling leak in one door due to poor caulk, and poor service when trying to get repairs. We asked for them to fix the screen door that doesn’t latch and were told it wasn’t possible. We originally got the sliders installed because we have a toddler and wanted the screen doors that latched and locked for safety purposes. When we had them come out a third time for the massive leak, they scheduled us for 3:30pm. They called me at work at 11:30 asking to come earlier because their schedule changed. Without me approving they just showed up. I called them back as soon as I could and they had just arrived at my house. I told them I didn’t want them there when I was not home and they said they are already there and otherwise “would need to sit around for 3 hours until our appt window” so they refused to leave. My dogs and napping child were freaking out because of their poor scheduling and refusal to leave. When I came home the caulking “repair” was as shown in the picture (clearly not fixed) and they left the streaking on the doors shown in the picture. When I spoke to them again about the streaking they said “you must have cleaned the doors because that is how those spots developed.” I told them I have never (that part of the slider wasn’t even accessible until their guys showed up). They refused to repair or replace the doors with the damage shown because they blamed us. I am disappointed that their “guarantee” has been to offer half-effort solutions and left us with one door with significant cosmetic damage and another door that doesn’t latch and is a safety hazard for my toddler.

Andy did a great job with my window install. I had a window replaced in June 2025 and just scheduled Additional Window replacements for next month. Great communication everything was done on time quickly very clean and and the entire team were excellent. I would highly recommend this company. Great windows!
